12.       EXECUTIVE SESSION:               

            a.   Mayor and Council may convene an executive session to discuss issues exempt from public a meeting, and shall reconvene to adjourn the regular meeting. 

The agenda shall be subject to changes, which arise at the time of the meeting/hearing. Formal official action may be taken at such meetings on any and all business involving the Town Council.  Any person needing special accommodations please contact the Town Hall at 697-2299 at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled meeting.  In order to be on the agenda for the next meeting please submit your request in writing ten (10) days prior to the next meeting.
